Payment & Refund:

We do accept Credit Card payments via Internet. When using your Credit Card to pay for your purchase, you will be re-directed to a SECURE Credit Card payment Gateway (PayPal).

If you do not wish to use your Credit Card, then you have the option to pay for your purchase via:Direct Deposit, C.O.D., and Cheque (Australia only)

International Customers: accepting Direct Deposit and PayPal only. NO cheques, No C.O.D.

Refund: A full refund will be given, excluding shipping/postage cost, if you are not happy with your purchase, or if the Item/s is/are damaged, at arrival of purchased received. Please send the order received back to us in the original box and we will take steps accordingly. You must contact us as soon as possible, and let us know.

Please follow these steps below for a refund:

1) Contact us as soon as possible, let us know WHY and WHAT the problem is

2) Send back the order received in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase received.

NOTE:

We do not refund items that are outside the 30 days warranty. If legal options/steps are necessary then we hand the matter over to our legal advisor.

We are NOT responsible for lost or missing or damaged Items, all complaints have to be lodged with your post office. All shipping and postage documents will be

forwarded to you by the time of shipping.

SHIPPING & TAX

All our shipments are posted via Registered Post. If you have placed a large quantity order we migh use FedEx option, which then is cheaper then the Australia post. This is because of the - dimesion /size - of the shipping box used for your purchase. In this cases we will contact you for confirmation, a detailed shiping price report will be submitted so that you have a clear understanding.

After your shipment has been processed by the shipping company we will retain all documents, such as: receipt for proof of shipping. These documents can be obtained by you by contacting us and quote your purchase ID.

Custom Duty might apply in your country because of Import tax, this your resposibility ! Pickelhaube Miniatures is NOT resposible for this.

Our miniatures are 'excluding' tax. Tax does NOT apply for international postage.
